Refund & Cancellation

We value our customers and strive to provide the best quality products for your beloved pets. This policy outlines our guidelines for cancellations, returns, and refunds to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

Order Cancellation
  • Before Shipment:
    You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it from your account at PraniMart.
  • After Shipment:
    Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may initiate a return after receiving the product (subject to our return policy).
Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns or exchanges only if the product meets the following conditions:

Eligible Products:

  • Pet food (only if the packaging is sealed, unopened, and within the expiry date).
  • Beds, costumes, carriers, and toys (only if unused, unwashed, and in original packaging).

Non-Returnable Products:

  • Opened or partially used pet food/treats.
  • Customized or personalized items.
  • Products damaged due to misuse or neglect.

Return Window:
You must request a return within 7 days of delivery.

Refund Process

Refund Method:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Processing Time:
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Deductions:

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

  • Attach photos/videos (if applicable) showing the product condition.
